ABOUT EDWARD COREY
Ed Corey has been a licensed California attorney since 1986 and has been providing legal services in a variety of real estate transactions for more than 20 years. He is currently the senior shareholder of Corey & Corey, a professional law corporation with offices in Los Angeles and San Francisco. Representative real estate transactions include the sale and purchase of single family residences, multi-family apartments, single and multi-tenant commercial spaces, and vacant land. Mr. Corey has extensive experience in all types of lease transactions, both commercial and residential.
Mr. Corey started Assurance Realty in 2008 in response to requests from clients to assist in the more traditional real estate services. Assurance Realty has assisted many clients in the acquisition and sale of real property and each client receives the benefit of a legal review by Corey & Corey.
Corey & Corey provides full services legal services to its clients with emphasis on estate planning and legal entity formation for all purposes, including the acquisition of real property for investment.
