ABOUT JIM LARSH
Jim Larsh has been a real estate agent since 2014.
Jim grew up in Arcadia Ca., attended Pasadena City College (Go Lancers) Jim worked as a civilian at the Pasadena Police Department before attending the police academy at Rio Hondo College after which he worked as a police officer and financial crimes and forensics detective at the Monrovia Police Department for 14 years before being hired as a District Attorney Investigator with a District Attorney's Office in Southern California where he has worked for the past 14 years primarily assigned to investigate real estate fraud but also felony trial preparation and insurance fraud.
Jim's first became a landlord in 1995 which spawned his interest in landlord tenant law and the real estate industry.
